Heading into fall…

As summer winds down and the air begins to shift, I’ve found myself reflecting on what a busy, beautiful season it has been in the studio. The long, bright days gave me the chance to dive deep into new work, experiment with fresh ideas, and get ready for what comes next.

This year, “next” means more than just fall shows — I’m excited to share that JeLO Designs is expanding into wholesale partnerships. It’s a big step, and one that feels both energizing and challenging. Building relationships with shops that value handmade work means more people will have the chance to discover a piece of pottery that speaks to them. I’ve been busy behind the scenes, preparing collections that can meet the needs of stores while staying true to the heart of my carving-centered designs.

All of this means the studio is humming: clay drying, kilns firing, and notes scattered everywhere. It’s the kind of busy that makes me grateful — for the chance to grow, for the support of customers who cheer me on, and for the community that makes this work feel alive.

As we say goodbye to summer and step into fall, I’m looking forward to sharing more with you — new work, new opportunities, and, hopefully, pieces that bring a little extra beauty into your everyday life.
